Happy Valentine’s Day!! Wishing everyone much love and happiness. Whether you’re alone or found your match, love where you are right now. Self love is the greatest love because once you love yourself, it’s easy to share that love with someone else. And then when you share that love, give it with no expectations as Hafiz says in this picture. The more love you give, the more love you’ll naturally receive as it is with all things in this world. I find the more I let go and try not to force things, the more I end up getting what I wanted in the first place. So generosity and patience is the greatest gift you can give yourself and those you love.

Beautiful photo of two legends we lost too soon. Thanks for digging this up @melodyannjones. I remember studying their music hoping to just catch a little bit of their magic. I first sang Whitney in junior high. It was so hard to get my little voice to hit those notes like she did. I hadn’t found my voice yet. She and Michael were the ultimate interpreters of song. And although their voices were incredible, I think it was more about how they felt the songs that truly made them stand out for me. It wasn’t just about vocal acrobatics, it was about breathing life and soul into each line. When they sang those lyrics I really believed that they meant every word they sang.
